* We are enrolled in the BC government's "Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative" program. This program allows us to reduce full-time fees by $900/month for children under 3 years and by $545/month for children over 3 years. Prices displayed include this reduction.

Days of Operation
Service is provided on the days indicated on our school calendar with the exception of emergencies. Our program runs Monday to Friday from 7:45 am - 5:00 pm.
Payment Policy
A mandatory deposit of $100.00 must be submitted with your registration form to secure a spot for your child. The deposit will be deducted from your final month's payment. Upon acceptance, you will receive a tuition statement stating your agreement to the payment plan you choose. Your spot will only be held with a deposit.
Payment can be given in full or in 12 equal monthly payments. If a payment plan is selected, postdated cheques or a credit card number must be provided. Pre-Authorized Debit can also be arranged. Parents will be responsible for any fees incurred due to NSF cheques. All cheques should be made payable to “Chabad of Vancouver Island”.
Cancellation and Refunds
There will be no refunds provided for days missed due to child’s illness or emergency closure of centre. One full calendar month’s written notice is required if your child is to be withdrawn from our program. Without one month's written notice, you will be required to pay the full next month’s fees.
